I am very excited to lead you through my very unique sessions exploring, strength and flexibility. Finding body and mind coherence through movement and mobility followed by a much-deserved relaxation and guided meditation practice.
A strong foundation is vital in everything we do. This gentle practice recognises where we re in our bodies and making the time to reconnect with ourselves through gentle poses. A relaxing practice that is open for all levels.
Focusing on safe progressions in movement and strength. Poses are mid-level in challenge – If you are new to yoga, this is a class that walks you through progressing your practice.
Are you ready to take your practice to new challenges? This 1.5hr session is where we get to play with strength and explore challenging our bodies in fun and playful movements. Practice ends with longer winding down and relaxation.
